Matthew is a California-licensed entertainment attorney with 13+ years of experience in addition to extensive work in the music industry as the CEO and co-founder of the popular food and music website Turntable Kitchen.  

As an attorney, Matthew developed his reputation for excellence and professionalism while working at one of the nation's Top 50 law firms successfully leading the litigation teams for numerous multi-national corporations. More recently, he has worked as a solo practitioner representing entertainment industry clients in music, film and publishing. As a result of his work, Matthew has been a featured speaker at the American Bar Association's Annual Meeting on topics including ethics and social media use in the legal industry.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Matthew is the co-founder and CEO of Turntable Kitchen. Part record label, part lifestyle brand, Turntable Kitchen has released over 80 exclusive records by a wide range of artists in all genres of music. Due in part to the unique nature of the business, Turntable Kitchen has been featured in The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, Oprah’s O Magazine, Wired, Pitchfork, Billboard, and more.
