Jonathan-Joseph is a dynamic and multifaceted entrepreneur and creative professional across the philanthropic and private sectors raising & facilitating millions in charitable donations and capital alike. In the non-profit arena his areas of focus range from high net worth donor advisement, foundation management, full-scale fundraising management, strategic planning, major & annual giving as well as grant-writing and board governance. He brings a decade of development, charitable, and seasoned private sector experience to the Rock Against Trafficking team to lead our development efforts at this critical time.
His private sector experience ranges from management, marketing and PR advisement for luxury apparel brands, legal cannabis startups as well as food products and complex strategic international development advisement. Jonathan is also a fine artist, producing works in oil and mixed media through J. Joseph Studio. He holds a Bachelor in English Literature from Hofstra University and a Master of Science in Fundraising Management from Columbia University in the City of New York.
He is also the co-founder of LA Based boutique consulting firm Savage Venture, and author of “The Little Red Dress: A Kid’s Book About Fashion”. Jonathan is an avid reader, outdoorsman, and animal lover, especially his rescue pup Gramercy.
Jonathan serves on the board of The New Haven Pride Center, and advisory board of The HIV League. For the past three years he has also been an ambassador for Beauty for Freedom, a fashion & beauty industry focused anti-human trafficking agency in NYC. He splits his time between Connecticut, New York, and Los Angeles.
